Thomas Wooden Talking Railway Series Spencer comes to life as he passes Talking Railway Destinations.

Spencer is a sleek and shiney engine who came to Sodor as the private engine for the Duke and Dutchess.  Spencer's Engine Recognition Technology allows him to be recognized by Sir Topham Hatt with different phrases as he passes by Talking Railway destinations, and even enables Sir Topham Hatt to call him by name.  Talking Railway Destinations sold separately.
