Checking Your Orders
You may check your order online by logging into your customer account or clicking on the link sent to you in your order confirmation email. You can also check the status of your order by going to the Order Status page. Click Here to to log in and check your.

HIT Shop ships using top carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS), to ensure the best possible price and most reliable delivery to get your package to you when you need it. 

How Long Will My Order Take To Deliver?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. If your order is time critical, we suggest that you upgrade to
2nd Day or Next Day shipping. If you upgrade, your order would arrive in 1-3 business days.

Drop Ship
The Hit Shop offers a large selection of items that may be sent by various shipping carriers depending on where the item is shipping from. Orders that contain items shipping from various locations will arrive in separate packages. Please allow 3 to 4 extra days for shipping these items. Expedited or express shipping may not be available on orders containing these items during checkout.

Important Information

  • We ship all orders to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS Priority Mail. While most orders arrive in a timely manner, occasionally shipments may take 2-5 weeks.
  • If you haven't received your order in 14 business days, please email consumerservices@hitshopusa.com.

If you choose Economy Shipping, some larger packages may need to be picked up at the local carrier's facility instead of being delivered to your home.

Our No Hassle Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of receipt as long as you follow these simple guidelines:

  1. Items should be returned in unopened or original condition, with a copy of the packing slip, to our Return Center. A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued using the original form of payment used.  We will not issue refunds for items returned that have been used, are personalized, or are classified as un-sellable.

  2. If the return is not due to an error on our part (e.g. after you received the correct merchandise you no longer want the item or wish to exchange for a different size), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the merchandise. We will issue a refund for the item(s) being returned - please allow up to 10 days for processing.

  3. If you wish to exchange an item, after returning the item to us for a full refund simply place a new order for the correct item you wish to purchase.

  4. To return an item that is damaged, defective, over-shipped or not ordered, please contact our customer service team by email at consumerservices@hitshopusa.com. Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and drop-off instructions, as well as, details related to replacement shipment and timing of refunds.  Note:  Any defective or damaged DVDs, CDs, VHS tapes and Video Games (Console and PC Based) will be replaced by the same title only.
